Adrian and his artist wife Evana Bjourson are set to present their Joint Spring Exhibition and Sale of Work at Portballintrae Village Hall at the end of the Easter break, running from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th April.
Visitors can look forward to Adrian’s striking interpretations of Northern Ireland’s landscapes and landmarks, particularly his vivid and expressive depictions of the North Coast that have earned him widespread recognition. His collection will also feature more impressionistic pieces, characterised by natural colour tones and distinctive hand and finger-painting techniques.
Evana’s work provides a softer, more reflective perspective on the North Coast, capturing the movement of waves, the changing light across Portstewart Strand, and intimate human moments set within expansive scenery. Her figurative pieces explore themes surrounding human purpose, while her wave studies evoke a sense of rhythm and coastal elegance.
The exhibition will be open on Friday 10th April and Saturday 11th April from 11am to 8pm, and on Sunday 12th April from 11am to 6pm. Admission is free, and all are welcome. Free parking is available in front of the Village Hall.
