The Derry City Collection

Derry-Londonderry is Ireland’s only completely intact historic walled city and indeed one of the finest examples of a walled city in Europe.  The Walls form a walkway around the inner city, providing a promenade to view the layout of the original town which has preserved its Renaissance style street plan.  Adrian has enjoyed depicting many of the city’s historic buildings and streets over the years.  The addition of the Peace Bridge has become a great symbol of unity, hope and regeneration for the people of Derry-Londonderry and has been featured in a number of Adrian’s latest depictions of the city.  Although many of the pieces featured here are now sold, it is hoped viewers might gain inspiration if considering commissioning Adrian to create their own depiction of Derry-Londonderry.
