The Dublin & Wicklow Collection

Ireland’s capital city sits on the east coast at the mouth of the River Liffey.  It is around the Liffey that most of Adrian’s Dublin pieces are centred.  Adrian has long been intrigued by the bustling capital’s historic buildings and nightlife and how it contrasts to life in its coastal suburbs and the Wicklow hills beyond.  The relaxed seaside resorts of Dalkey and Bray with their cliff top trails, the early monastic city of Glendalough and the Sugar Loaf mountain have all captivated the artist at various times during this career.   Although many of the pieces featured here are now sold, it is hoped viewers might gain inspiration if considering commissioning Adrian to create their own Belfast artwork.
