Expressions of traditional Irish culture have played a prominent role in Adrian's work over the years.  With a musical background himself, the artist was naturally drawn to capture the moods and rhythms of traditional Irish sessions and dancing.  Adrian often captures the shapes and dynamics of these groups by painting hands and fingertips directly onto canvas.

Although many of the pieces featured here are now sold, it is hoped viewers might gain inspiration if considering commissioning Adrian to create their own Irish musician or dancer piece.
